Hypnotherapy sessions typically last one hour and each session costs £50.00. After your first appointment an assessment will be made on how many sessions you should expect to undertake - most problems can be resolved within 6 - 8 sessions although some take far fewer and particularly complexand deep rooted problems may require a longer course of treatment.

Counselling sessions typically last 50 minutes and are usually on a weekly basis. Each session costs £40.00 for adults or £35.00 for teenagers. Some people find significant improvement occurs within a time frame of 6 - 12 sessions, but other issues can be more complex and require more sessions. Sessions are also available for trainee counsellors at a cost of £30.00 per session.
